Generative AI Engineer - Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize Generative AI models (GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, DALLE, MidJourney, etc.)

- Fine-tune LLMs and diffusion models to meet specific business needs.

- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and integrate AI-powered applications into production.

- Work with prompt engineering, transfer learning, and custom model training.

- Develop and deploy AI models using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices.

- Optimize model performance for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

- Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) to enhance AI applications.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, deep learning, and NLP and apply research into real-world use cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development with expertise in Generative AI.

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX for deep learning model development.

- Strong experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and Transformer architectures.

- Knowledge of computer vision, NLP, and multimodal AI.

- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and fine-tuning techniques.

- Experience in deploying AI models using cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and Docker.

- Familiarity with MLOps, data pipelines, and vector databases.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle AI challenges.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in AI-powered chatbots, speech synthesis, or creative AI applications.

- Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark, Dask).

- Understanding of Responsible AI practices, model bias mitigation, and explainability.
