Generative AI Engineer - Python

Job Title : Generative AI Engineer

Experience : 4+ Years

Location : Bangalore (Work From Office 5 Days a Week)

Interview Process : Internal + Client Round (Face-to-Face)

Job Summary :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) for real-world applications

- Implement and optimize NLP solutions for tasks such as summarization, question answering, and chatbot interfaces

- Apply Deep Learning and Machine Learning techniques to solve complex business problems

- Work with large datasets to train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers

- Deploy scalable AI solutions on AWS using services like SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, and more

- Stay updated on latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI research and tools

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in Python programming

- Hands-on experience with AWS services relevant to AI/ML

- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP

- Proficiency in building, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama, etc.)

- Solid understanding of model evaluation, performance tuning, and inference optimization

- Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have :

- Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

- Exposure to prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques

- Previous client-facing or enterprise project experience

- Understanding of MLOps and model monitoring in production

Note : Candidates must be willing to work from the Bangalore office, 5 days a week.
