Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop innovative generative AI models and algorithms to address specific business challenges and opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to integrate generative AI models into existing and new products and services.

- Conduct thorough research and experimentation to identify and evaluate the most promising generative AI techniques and technologies.

- Fine-tune and optimize generative AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability to ensure optimal user experience.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for generative AI models, including technical specifications, training data, and evaluation metrics.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and related fields, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage these advancements to improve our products and services.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences to foster understanding and collaboration.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Proven expertise in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and machine learning techniques relevant to generative AI.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Master's or Ph.D degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
