Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI / Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building AI models, working with large datasets, and implementing advanced AI techniques to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models.

- Work with LLMs, NLP, and deep learning frameworks to build intelligent applications.

- Develop and optimize AI/ML pipelines for scalable solutions.

- Integrate AI models with existing applications and APIs.

- Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and data engineers.

- Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI systems.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI development.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and deep learning.

- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or similar Gen AI tools.

- Knowledge of data processing, model training, and deployment.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLMs.

- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).

- Experience in MLOps and model deployment.
