Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and at least one modern search database such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Vespa, or Weaviate.


Mandatory Skills :

Any one technology such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Vespa, or Weaviate.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain.

- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.

- Develop and maintain document indexing and vector storage using tools like Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Vespa, or Weaviate.

- Integrate external data sources, knowledge bases, and APIs into generative AI solutions.

- Build and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies for context-aware conversational systems.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Ensure high-quality performance of AI models with attention to latency, accuracy, and user experience.

- Stay up to date with advancements in LLMs, vector databases, and AI frameworks.


Required Skills :


- 4-10 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering, with at least 2 years in Generative AI or LLM-based development.

- Strong hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.

- Proven expertise in implementing RAG architectures and working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral).

Solid experience with indexing, vector search, and at least one of the following :

- Elasticsearch

- OpenSearch

- Vespa

- Weaviate

- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Streamlit, or Flask.
