About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and innovative Gen AI Engineer to lead the development of an Agentic AI-based sensing engine. This solution will detect changes in performance or execution metrics over time, generate actionable alerts, and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Generative AI, LangGraph, LangChain, and Time Series Analysis, with a deep understanding of building modular AI agents that can collaborate to deliver insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Understand and analyze time series and performance datasets to identify patterns, trends, and outliers.

- Agent Development: Design and implement specialized AI agents to:

- Detect anomalies and trend shifts

- Prioritize alerts based on business impact

- Summarize complex alert information

- Validate and refine AI-generated results

- Agent Orchestration: Build and manage an orchestrator agent to coordinate and manage workflows across the individual agents, ensuring seamless data and insight flow.

- Alerting & Communication: Develop mechanisms (dashboards, emails, chat interfaces, etc.) to notify and inform users of alerts in real-time, in a clear and actionable format.

- Testing & Validation: Perform comprehensive testing of the AI system to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness of the generated insights.

- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in creating presentations, reports, and demos for senior stakeholders to showcase outcomes, insights, and future opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks.

- Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, LangChain, and agent-based architectures.

- Strong knowledge of Time Series Analysis and performance metric monitoring.

- Familiarity with Multi-Agent Collaboration Platforms (MCP) and orchestration patterns.

- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with LLM tuning, RAG systems, or custom tool integrations.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling.

- Background in alerting systems, AIOps, or business performance analytics.
