- Strong Hands-On Programming (Mandatory)

- Must be hands-on in at least one core programming language : Python / Angular / React / Node.js.

- Should be able to build backend APIs and integrate with databases.

GenAI Skills :

- Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals : RAG, embeddings, model evaluation, hallucination control.

- Prompt engineering experience (very important).

- Experience using AI development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot.

- Good to have : Experience with Claude / OpenAI / HuggingFace.

- Ability to build custom GenAI agents and AI-driven applications.

Cloud & DevOps (Mandatory) :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.

- Expected knowledge : S3, Lambda, Glue, EC2, IAM, networking basics.

- Experience with containers and Kubernetes.

- DevOps fundamentals : Git branching, CI/CD pipelines.

API & Database Skills :

Strong understanding of :

- REST API development

- SQL / NoSQL databases

- Integrating APIs & DBs with GenAI apps

Data Engineering Basics :

- Ability to handle unstructured data.

- ETL experience (Glue etc.) is a plus.

- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone / Chroma) is beneficial.

Additional Preferences :

- Exposure to European region projects (good to have).

- Petro domain experience is an added advantage.

Expected Profile :

- 6 - 10 years overall experience.

- Individual Contributor role.

- Should be updated with latest tech and able to build POCs independently.

- Strong learning mindset and interest in emerging tech
