Generative AI Engineer - Data Modeling

Role : Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, proven hands-on coding ability, and leadership skills to drive AI innovation within our products and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development cycles, from prototype to production.

- Scale AI-based systems to meet product and client service requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and designers.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.

- Ensure best practices in coding, system design, and performance optimization.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, including hands-on coding.

- Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.

- Proven track record in Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion Models, etc.).

- Experience in scaling AI systems for high-performance applications.

- Team leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
