Gen AI Engineer
Role Overview :
As a Gen AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. Your day-to-day will involve designing, building, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to deliver impactful AI-driven applications. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experiences, automating key processes, and driving innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions, leveraging LLMs and RAG techniques, to address specific business needs.
- Develop and optimize Python-based code for data processing, model training, and deployment, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Evaluate and fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks, improving their performance and accuracy on relevant datasets.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, and transforming data used in Gen AI models, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Gen AI solutions into existing products and workflows, enhancing user experience and driving adoption.
- Research and experiment with new Gen AI techniques and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for Gen AI solutions, enabling wider adoption and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed Gen AI models, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary optimizations.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers).
- Proven ability to design and implement LLMs and RAG systems for various applications.
- Strong understanding of data science principles and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI models.
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work setup, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration as needed.
