Generative AI Engineer

Location : Pune.

Experience : 5+ years.

Job Description :

We are hiring a Generative AI Engineer with strong Python and backend expertise to build cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG workflows, vector databases, and scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement RAG pipelines with vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, PGVector, Supabase).

- Work on embeddings, similarity search & multimodal (text/image/video) AI.

- Develop scalable Python backends (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

- Build REST APIs, integrate third-party SDKs, and manage async workflows.

- Handle background tasks (Celery/cron) and deploy using Docker.

- Optimize performance, ensure security, and monitor LLM reliability.

Requirements :

- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings.

- Hands-on with relational DBs + vector DBs.

- Knowledge of async programming, testing (Pytest), and debugging.

- Experience deploying AI systems in production.
