The Role : Generative AI (GEN AI) Engineer

Nallas Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI (GEN AI) Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad.

This is a critical, full-time, on-site role responsible for pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence through the design, implementation, and deployment of advanced generative models and AI systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both machine learning and application security, ensuring our AI solutions are innovative, robust, and secure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Implementation : Design, implement, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence models, with a focus on Generative AI (GEN AI), including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and transformer-based models.

- Core AI Development : Develop and optimize models leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP), neural networks, and complex pattern recognition algorithms for real-world business applications.

- Software Development : Engage in high-quality software development practices, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, primarily using Python.

- AI Security & Hardening : Lead efforts in AI security, implementing security frameworks, tools, and techniques to protect AI systems from threats. This includes addressing adversarial machine learning attacks.

- Threat Assessment : Conduct Threat Modeling and code review with a security-first mindset, focusing on Application Security to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in AI pipelines and applications.

- Model Optimization : Explore innovative AI solutions and optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and deployment in a production environment.

- Agentic AI : Apply expertise in Agentic AI frameworks to develop sophisticated, autonomous, and goal-directed AI systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Generative Models Expertise : Deep understanding of machine learning techniques, deep learning architectures, and practical, hands-on experience with generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, etc.)

- AI Security Focus : Proven experience in AI security, adversarial machine learning, or related defensive and offensive AI security fields.

- Application Security : Strong experience in Application Security, conducting Threat Modeling, and performing secure code review processes.

- Programming & Frameworks : Expert proficiency in Python and extensive, hands-on experience with major deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Security Tools : Hands-on experience with security frameworks, tools, and techniques specifically for protecting and hardening AI/ML systems.

- Agentic AI Experience : Practical experience developing and working with Agentic AI concepts and implementations
