We are looking for a talented GenAI Engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications using models like GPT, Llama, Mistral, etc.

- Build prompt engineering workflows, RAG pipelines, and chatbots.

- Implement and optimize NLP/GenAI models for production use.

- Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) for retrieval systems.

- Integrate GenAI capabilities into existing applications using APIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and convert them into AI solutions.

- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, latency, and reliability.

Required Skills :

- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Generative AI / NLP.

- Hands-on experience in Python, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.

- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

- Knowledge of ML workflows, embeddings, vector search, and model fine-tuning.

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have :

- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini APIs.

- Exposure to MLOps, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of multimodal AI (image/audio/text).

Education :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
