About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior GenAI Implementation Engineer to join our growing team at Our Organisation. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions for our customers. This is a cross-functional role requiring collaboration with pre-sales, product, and support teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to the implementation and testing of GenAI-powered solutions tailored for enterprise customers.

- Work closely with pre-sales teams and customers to gather detailed requirements, define solution scope, and align on implementation timelines.

- Collaborate with the Product team to stay updated on product capabilities, contribute to roadmap discussions, and suggest potential product enhancements based on customer feedback.

- Partner with the Support team to ensure service delivery meets committed SLAs and client expectations.

- Own the end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability of deployed solutions.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and implementation specialists in the team.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in coding (preferably Python) and a solid grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar frameworks.

- Understanding of HTTP, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, concurrency, and multithreading.

- Experience with Linux operating systems, TCP/IP networking, databases (SQL/NoSQL), message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).

- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

- Proven track record of owning projects, delivering under tight timelines, and working in agile, fast-paced environments.

- Educational Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Good-to-Haves :

- Experience working with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs (Large Language Models), vector databases, and prompt engineering.

- Knowledge of tools and frameworks in the AI/ML ecosystem (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, etc.).

- Contributions to open-source GenAI projects or a portfolio of AI-powered tools/products.

Candidate Location Requirement :

- The candidate must be currently based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate immediately.
