Generative AI Developer - LLM Systems

What Youll Do :

- Architect multi-LLM systems (e.g., Mixture-of-Experts, LLM routing) for performance and cost optimization

- Build GPU/TPU-optimized training pipelines using DeepSpeed, FSDP, etc.

- Develop multi-cloud GenAI platforms using Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock

- Implement secure, compliant AI systems (private endpoints, VPC, data residency)

- Drive innovation in agentic workflows, synthetic data generation, and real-time fine-tuning

- Establish GenAI governance: model cards, drift monitoring, red-teaming

- Collaborate with leadership to define AI roadmaps, mentor engineers, and measure ROI

Requirement :

- Experience in production GenAI systems (e.g., high-QPS chatbots, Copilot-scale tools)

- Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, TPUs

- Cloud certifications (Azure/GCP) preferred
