Assessment Process :

- 1 Hour Client Technical Test (Code Writing Round)

- 50 - 60% Cut-off Required

- Followed by Face-to-Face Technical Interview

Required Skills :

- Python

- PyTorch / TensorFlow

- LLM Fine-Tuning

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- LangChain / Hugging Face / LangGraph

Required Technical Skills :

Must Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with at least one ML framework :

1. PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras

- Experience with :

1. LLMs

2. Prompt Engineering

3. Fine-Tuning Techniques (LoRA / QLoRA)

- Exposure to RAG Systems and Hybrid Search Techniques

- Understanding of Git / Version Control Systems

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with Generative AI tools such as :

1. LangChain

2. Hugging Face

3. LlamaIndex

4. LangGraph

- Exposure to Cloud Platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP

- Awareness of Responsible AI, AI Compliance & Data Privacy
