We are seeking a Gen-AI Developer with strong experience in building AI-powered applications using C#, Semantic Kernel, Azure services, and LLMs. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of AI agent orchestration, ML lifecycle expertise, and cloud infrastructure management. - Experience in Agentic AI and multi-agent systems

- End-to-end environment setup for ML/LLM/Agentic AI in Dev/Prod/Test environments

- Azure cloud services experience, including AI Foundry, AI Search, App Services, Containers, Bot Services

- Model training, fine-tuning, and deployment (Open-source and proprietary LLMs)

- Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes

- Infrastructure as Code : Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM)

- Cloud performance optimization and cost management strategies

- Familiarity with MLOps frameworks : Kubeflow, MLflow, TFX

- Data engineering experience with Apache Airflow, Kafka, Azure Data Factory

- Data storage : SQL/NoSQL, Data Lakes, Warehouses

- ETL pipelines and real-time data processing workflows

- Secure cloud architecture : IAM, VPCs, firewalls, and data privacy best practices

- CI/CD for ML : Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins

- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments

- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with local LLM infrastructure and custom fine-tuning pipelines

- Exposure to cost-effective AI solution design and deployment
