Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced AI Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on Python experience to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions across Generative AI, classical ML, agentic AI workflows, and data-driven intelligent systems.

The role requires strong ability to move from Jupyter experimentation to scalable APIs, hardened services, and cloud-native deployments using Python, FastAPI, modern AI/ML frameworks, Azure services, Kubernetes, and enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Building LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, predictive and optimization models, workflow orchestration, reusable APIs, and enterprise system integrations.

- Applying strong knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, relational databases, MongoDB, data modelling, indexing, retrieval strategies, ETL patterns, data pipelines, data warehousing, data quality, observability, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, fallback design, and responsible AI.

Technical Foundations :

- Strong foundations in computer science, statistics, software engineering, data engineering, distributed systems, CI/CD, DevOps, testing, code reviews, version control, and clean architecture are essential.

- The candidate must evaluate model quality, latency, cost, reliability, scalability, and security trade-offs to make pragmatic production decisions.

Professional Requirements :

- A Forward Deployed Engineer mindset is required to work with clients, understand ambiguous problems, convert them into working solutions, and iterate quickly based on feedback.

- Excellent communication skills are needed to engage engineering, product, business, and operations stakeholders, explain AI concepts, write design notes, and present trade-offs.

- Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot, Factory, Cursor, or 8090 is expected.

- Experience across cloud and on-prem ecosystems, data engineering, databases, analytics, ML, AI, and GenAI, along with strong ownership, debugging, production troubleshooting, customer empathy, and learning agility, preferred.
