Required Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with at least one major machine learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).(Must Have- one of the framework)

- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA). (Must Have)

- Exposure to RAG systems and basic knowledge of hybrid search techniques. (Must Have)

- Understanding of model deployment and containerization (Docker). (Good to Have)

- Proficiency in Python for AI development, data preprocessing, and scripting. (Must Have - Python should be strong)

- Experience with generative AI tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex) is a plus. (Good to Have- at least one of this skill)

- Understanding of version control systems (Git). (Must Have)

- Awareness of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles. (Good to Have)
