Generative AI Developer

Position : Gen AI Developer

Location : Pune

Experience : 3- 7 Years (customize as needed)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Gen AI Developer with strong expertise in LLMs and agentic AI workflows, preferably within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize Generative AI solutions tailored for pharmaceutical domain use cases such as document summarization, data extraction, safety reporting, and knowledge management.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in GenAI & Agentic AI development.

- Hands-on experience in GCP, particularly :

1. Vertex AI (Model deployment, tuning, pipelines)

2. GCP AI/ML services (BigQuery ML, Document AI, GenAI Studio, etc.)

- Experience with LLM frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Hugging Face Transformers.

- Python with expertise in developing AI/ML workflows.

- Fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and vector database experience (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or Vertex Matching Engine).

- Experience building scalable APIs (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js optional).

- Prompt engineering & evaluation methodologies.

- Knowledge of pharma compliance standards GxP, GDPR, data privacy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop GenAI/LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.

- Build, deploy, and optimize models on Vertex AI (tuning, pipelines, evaluation).

- Implement RAG workflows using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Vertex Matching Engine).

- Integrate AI solutions with scalable APIs using FastAPI/Flask.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate pharma business problems into AI solutions.

- Create prompt strategies, evaluation pipelines, and performance monitoring.

- Ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, and pharma data privacy standards.

- Work with unstructured enterprise data (PDFs, clinical documents, safety reports).

- Continuously research and adopt new GenAI capabilities and frameworks.
