Role Overview :
Were looking for minds that see inefficiency as raw material and automation as a craft.
You design systems that scale without friction and instinctively ask: What can be automated What can be accelerated? What can be reimagined entirely If you can translate business problems into technical blueprints, engineer solutions that reduce human drag, and lift an organizations capability through automation + GenAI, this is your inflection point.
We need architects of intelligence, not just builders of code.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take real finance friction and turn it into working systems
- Design and build data systems that organize raw inputs into usable, reliable structures
- Raise data quality to decision-grade through validation, reconciliation, and controls
- Create measurable efficiency in finance processes through automation and workflow redesign
- Prototype fast (Python / R / SQL); productionize what works with sound engineering practices
- Build and deploy GenAI solutions, including agentic workflows, with a pragmatic ROI focus
- Deliver automation in the real world: RPA (UiPath or equivalent) plus the broader stack (ETL/ELT, workflow, APIs)
- Drive delivery across stakeholders, locations, and timelines; land adoption and change
- Document clearly and leave reusable assets: pipelines, components, templates, and runbooks
Qualifications And Experience:
- 3+ years in finance technology/analytics/automation or consulting
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Information Systems/Finance/Statistics
- Strong data fundamentals (databases, modeling, and Excel); comfortable with messy, heterogenous datasets
- Hands-on with Python or R; strong SQL preferred
- Proven delivery with RPA platforms (UiPath or equivalent), beyond curiosity or POCs
- Experience implementing or integrating BI/ETL/workflow tools; familiarity with cloud data stacks a plus
- Demonstrated work with GenAI (incl agentic solutions): experiment evaluate deploy with safeguards
Preferred Skills :
- Structured thinker with strong judgment; low-ego operator who ships, iterates, and improves, fast
- Systems thinker: anticipates failure modes and tightens seams before they split
- Security- and control-aware by default; designs with auditability and resilience in mind
- Clear, executive-ready communication, able to translate technical choices into business impact
- Stakeholder leadership across Finance, Operations, Data, and Engineering; drives outcomes to closure
- Documentation discipline and change management mindset to ensure durable adoption
