Generative AI Architect :

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to lead end-to-end AI solution development from model design and training to production deployment. This role combines research, hands-on engineering, and team leadership.

Strong experience in GenAI, NLP, CV, Python, TensorFlow/JAX, and distributed AI systems required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead generative AI initiatives and drive innovation.

- Design and build production-ready AI systems (Transformers, GANs, Diffusion Models).

- Develop and fine-tune large-scale AI models.

- Ensure scalability, performance, and secure deployment (distributed systems).

- Stay updated with latest AI research (NeurIPS, CVPR, etc.) and apply relevant advancements.

- Implement Responsible AI practices (bias mitigation, transparency, ethics).

- Collaborate with research and product teams.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI strategy.

Required Skills :

- Masters or PhD in AI/ML or related field.

- Strong expertise in Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion models.

- Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, JAX.

- Experience building NLP, Computer Vision, or Multi-modal AI systems.

- Experience with distributed computing.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Research publications or patents in AI.

- Contributions to open-source projects (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Diffusers).

- Knowledge of Responsible AI tools (Fairness, Explainable AI).
