Role Overview :

This role focuses on building and scaling the core technology backbone of Constems-AI. As a GM Trainee Technology, you will lead system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and engineering excellence while preparing for a broader General Manager role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and own end-to-end system architecture across products.

- Develop scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Drive DevOps, security, reliability, and performance best practices.

- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.

- Partner with Product & AI leadership to ensure tech feasibility and scale.

- Establish engineering standards, reviews, and governance.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud platforms.

- Experience leading large engineering teams or platforms.

- Strategic thinker with deep execution capability.
