Role Overview:

As a GenAI Engineer at Sysmind Tech, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying innovative Generative AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to design, build, and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and other generative models that address real-world business challenges. Your work will directly impact the development of next-generation AI products, enhancing our clients' capabilities and driving significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Generative AI models, including LLMs, using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, to address specific business needs.

- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific tasks, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with data scientists to curate and preprocess large datasets for training generative models.

- Deploy and maintain Generative AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in Generative AI and NLP to improve model performance.

- Evaluate and benchmark different Generative AI models to select the best solutions for specific applications.

- Work with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Generative AI solutions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including text classification, sentiment analysis, and machine translation.

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and principles, with a focus on deep learning.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
