GenAI & LLM Developer (3-4 Years)

Position Overview :

We are looking for a GenAI & LLM Developer with 3-4 years of experience to work on advanced projects using Generative AI and Large Language Models like Llama2 and ChatGPT. You will help build, fine-tune, and deploy AI solutions while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and fine-tune LLMs and Generative AI models (Llama2, ChatGPT).

- Handle data preprocessing and build training pipelines.

- Train, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance.

- Stay updated with the latest AI/NLP advancements and apply them to projects.

- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.

- Solve technical challenges and improve existing AI workflows.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's in CS, AI, or related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based work.

- Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and model fine-tuning.

- Knowledge of Vector Databases and RAG pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
