Responsibilities :

- Conduct research on the latest AI/ML techniques and methodologies.

- 5- 10 years of experience.

- Experience with RAG, LLM'S, NLP, Python, Chatbot, Gen Ai is a must.

- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases.

- Lead a team which helps build, train, optimize and fine-tune existing AI models to improve their performance.

- Lead a team which ensures the scalability and reliability of AI/ML solutions.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.

- Should be able to own the AI/ML product end to end.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree or masters in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.

Required Skills :

- Strong background in machine learning algorithms and statistics.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.

- Proficient in Python.

- Strong team management skills, should have led AI/ML or software teams in the past.

- Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Solid understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Should have exposure to software engineering frameworks and end to end product development.

Preferred Skills :

- Need candidates from Tier -1 Institutes.
