Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and talented AI/ML professional to join our team. As an AI/ML specialist / team lead, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and develop innovative AI/ML solutions.

Experience & Required Skill Sets :

- Conduct research on the latest AI/ML techniques and methodologies.

- Lead a team which would develop and implement AI/ML models for various projects.

- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases.

- Lead a team which helps build, train, optimize and fine-tune existing AI models to improve their performance.

- Lead a team which ensures the scalability and reliability of AI/ML solutions.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.

- Should be able to own the AI/ML product end to end

- Strong background in machine learning algorithms and statistics

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.

- Proficient in Python

- Strong team management skills, should have led AI/ML or software teams in the past

- Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries

- Solid understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
