Role Overview:
As a Gemini & LLM Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging Google's Gemini models and other Large Language Models (LLMs).
Your day-to-day will involve designing, building, and deploying innovative applications that solve complex business problems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into tangible AI-powered solutions.
This role directly impacts our ability to deliver intelligent, personalized experiences to our users, driving increased engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative applications using Gemini and other LLMs to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Build and fine-tune LLMs for specific tasks, optimizing for performance, accuracy, and efficiency to meet project requirements.
- Deploy and monitor LLM-powered applications in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security for seamless user experience.
- Research and evaluate new LLM technologies and techniques, staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field to drive innovation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
- Document technical designs, implementation details, and testing results, ensuring knowledge sharing and maintainability of solutions.
- Work with data scientists to create and maintain high-quality datasets for training and evaluating LLMs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications in a production environment.
- Proven expertise in fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs for specific tasks, including prompt engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Azure.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
