To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new "SAP SD Senior Lead".

Job purpose :

This role involves overseeing the implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of SAP applications.

Additionally, the individual is tasked with ensuring the continuous execution of projects, providing support, managing teams and vendors, and driving various initiatives.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

SAP SD Implementation and Configuration :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the SAP SD module.

- Customize SAP SD solutions to meet specific client requirements and business processes.

Business Process Analysis and Improvement :

- Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Recommend and implement SAP SD solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Integration Management :

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules such as FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive system functionality.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP SD module.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and implement system enhancements as needed.

User Training and Documentation :

- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP SD processes and configurations.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP SD configurations and processes.

Project Management :

- Manage SAP SD projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.

- Ensure alignment of SAP SD solutions with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Compliance and Best Practices :

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP SD implementation.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP SD trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Performance Monitoring :

- Monitor the performance of the SAP SD module and ensure it meets defined performance metrics.

- Implement improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.

Risk Management :

- Identify potential risks in SAP SD projects and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure proactive management of risks to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Must have qualifications :

- 10 to 14 years of practical extensive SAP Landscape experience including S4HANA and Project Management Tools and techniques including Cloud and On Premise.

- Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or similar.

- SAP certification in the area of specialty and expertise with Project Management Tools like Jira/CHARM/ITSM Tools.

- Executed end-to-end Large SAP implementations and Integrations with SAP and other applications.

- Led end-to-end SAP S4 HANA implementations and manage the team and Partners.
