What Youll Do :

- Design and develop robust, scalable front-end applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.

- Build reusable components and libraries for future use.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and responsiveness.

- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver polished user experiences.

- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold high engineering standards.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in the React ecosystem and front-end best practices.

Who You Are :

- 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with 4+ years of deep, hands-on expertise in React.js.

- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.

- Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, or similar).

- Experience with modern build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-ends with backend services.

- Strong grasp of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

- Ability to take ownership of projects and work autonomously in a remote setup.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks.

- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

- Prior experience in a product-based or startup environment.
