Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Analyst/Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our Technology & Transformation (T&T) team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based automation and data solutions using leading-edge tools and technologies. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, cost-efficient, and high-performance solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy data and automation solutions using industry best practices and GCP services.

- Configure and optimize robotic process automations using core workflow principles for clarity and maintainability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current business processes and translate them into automated solutions.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation throughout the development lifecycle including UAT and production phases.

- Resolve technical issues and ensure stability and reliability of deployed solutions.

- Coordinate with business users and process owners to gather requirements and design effective process flows.

- Implement data quality checks, validation mechanisms, and monitoring for data integrity.

- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency, adhering to GCP best practices.

- Work cross-functionally with data scientists, analysts, and developers to ensure technical alignment and data availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with GCP services : BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer (Airflow), IAM.

- Proficiency in GCP databases : Bigtable, Spanner, Cloud SQL, AlloyDB.

- Strong programming and scripting skills in SQL, Python, Java, or Scala.

- Good understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and big data processing concepts.

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle and ability to write complex SQL queries.

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Scylla, or DynamoDB is a plus.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes : Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, Artifactory.

- Experience in orchestrating data workflows using Cloud Composer or Apache Airflow.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in end-to-end Data Warehouse (DW) implementation projects.

- Exposure to data migration strategies across heterogeneous systems.

- Google Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Data Engineer, Associate Cloud Engineer) is a plus.
