- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of AI applications.

- Stay ahead of technology trends in the AI and ML space, integrating new approaches and techniques where applicable.

- Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions, solution validation, and troubleshooting with clients.

- Mentor and guide engineering teams to enhance their skills in AI architecture, solution design, and best practices.

- Create and maintain architecture documentation and provide continuous feedback to improve solution designs.

- Engage in pre-sales activities, offering technical expertise to prospective clients and contributing to proposal development.

- Ensure all AI systems comply with regulatory, security, and business standards.

- Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools that enhance AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- B.Tech or MCA graduates preferred.

- 8 - 10 years in designing and implementing technical solutions, with at least 2 years of experience in AI or related fields.

- Strong background in solution architecture, designing scalable and high-performance systems.

- Experience in working with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Familiarity with languages and technologies like NodeJS, Python, Angular, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Additional Qualifications :

- Experience in Generative AI technologies, including working with models like GPT, DALL-E, or BERT.

- Experience in cloud architectures, including Azure, AWS, or GCP, particularly in deploying AI solutions at scale.

- Proven experience in leading multiple teams and ensuring seamless project delivery.
