Role Overview :

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager- IAP Monetization to scale Ludo STAR from 10x to 100x.

We're currently doing ~$25M in ARR and scaling profitably.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Roadmap & Execution :

- Own the IAP pillar and deliver roadmap for Ludo STAR monetization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IAP revenue development.

- Balance monetization, engagement, and long-term user retention.

- Stay current on mobile gaming monetization best practices.

Understanding the User :

- Independently conduct analysis to understand user behaviour, pain points and identify monetization opportunities.

- Create actionable insights from raw data to inform product decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

Experience & Background :

- 6-8 years Product Management in B2C products (gaming preferred).

- Prior analyst experience is a plus (Data Analyst, Business Analyst).

- Strong gaming sector understanding and mobile monetization.

- Proven track record of driving revenue through data-driven decisions.

Core Competencies :

- Strategic thinking - proactively identify issues and solutions.

- Deep product understanding - comprehend what's being built and why.

- Gaming passion combined with analytical foundation.

- Strong communication - translate data insights into actionable strategies.

- Self-sufficient in data analysis - no/less dependency on analysts for basic insights.
