Role Overview :

As a Game Developer at Andor Tech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing game features and systems using C++, C#, and Cocos2D. You will collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to bring innovative game concepts to life. Your work will directly impact the quality and playability of our games, contributing to an enhanced user experience and increased player engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality game code using C++, C#, and Cocos2D for mobile platforms.

- Collaborate with game designers to translate design specifications into functional game mechanics.

- Implement and optimize game features, including gameplay, UI, and AI, to enhance player experience.

- Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth and stable game performance.

- Contribute to the development of tools and pipelines to improve the efficiency of the game development process.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

- Optimize game performance for various mobile devices to ensure smooth gameplay across a wide range of hardware.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in C++ and C# programming languages for game development.

- Proven ability to develop games using the Cocos2D framework.

- Strong understanding of game development principles, including game mechanics, AI, and UI design.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, artists, and other engineers in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts and ideas.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and on-site environment in Hyderabad.
