Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled VC++/MFC Developer with strong expertise in Windows-based application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications, along with troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain applications using VC++ and MFC framework

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and implementation

- Work on unit testing and ensure high-quality deliverables

- Implement secure coding practices, including RBAC, LDAP, and AD integration

- Support integration with industrial protocols like Modbus

- Maintain basic interaction with databases and data handling

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in VC++ and MFC

- Solid programming and debugging skills

- Experience in troubleshooting and code optimization

- Hands-on with .NET Framework (basic to intermediate)

- Knowledge of Unit Testing and Code Review practices

- Understanding of Cyber Security concepts (RBAC, LDAP, Active Directory)

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Modbus protocol
