About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and modern front-end technologies, and will play a key role in building responsive, high-performing web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain user-facing web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Implement efficient, reusable, and modular front-end components.

- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration.

- Optimize web applications for maximum performance and scalability.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.

- Manage and maintain codebase using Git and best version control practices.

- Utilize Redux, Flux, or Context API for effective state management.

- Work with Material-UI (MUI) to build consistent and modern UI components.

- Debug, test, and resolve performance issues or bugs.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development cycles and sprint planning.

Skillsets & Competencies :

- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Redux, and Flux.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Hands-on experience with Material-UI (MUI) and responsive design principles.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.

- Experience with Git, Webpack, and Babel build tools.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.

- Good understanding of browser rendering and performance optimization techniques.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
