Summary:

We are looking for a Senior SQL Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS to design, optimize, and manage enterprise-level databases and data solutions.

The candidate will play a key role in database architecture, performance tuning, ETL development, and reporting while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, procedures, triggers, and views.

- Design and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS.

- Build and manage reports and dashboards using SSRS.

- Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and optimization.

- Collaborate with application, BI, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Ensure data integrity, governance, and security.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in computer science/IT or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in SQL development with at least 3 years in a senior role.

- Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS (mandatory).

- Experience in data modeling, ETL, and reporting.

- Proven skills in query optimization and database performance tuning.

- Knowledge of cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, etc.) preferred.

- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
