JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Description: 5 years of experience with Fusion HCM Technical Consultant.

We are seeking a highly experienced Fusion HCM Technical Lead Consultant with a strong background in IT and a proven track record in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Fusion HCM architecture, including BI reporting, data migration, integration, and workflow components.

A solid understanding of the underlying database structure and functional areas such as Payroll (Cloud and EBS) from a technical perspective is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Business process knowledge or functional experience within one or more key areas: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

- Completed at least 2 full Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) project implementations

- Extensive knowledge of underlying database structure for Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)

- Extensively worked on BI reports, Data Migration, Integration, and Workflow components

- Essential functional understanding of Oracle HCM and Payroll (Cloud and EBS) from a technical perspective (not a functional consultant)

- Desirable functional understanding of Cloud HCM from a technical perspective (not a functional consultant)
