Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM). The ideal candidate should have multiple end-to-end implementation experiences and strong technical knowledge across various Fusion HCM tools. This role involves working closely with functional teams, providing technical solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate as a Technical Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation projects.

- Lead or contribute to 2-3 end-to-end Fusion HCM implementation projects.

- Provide technical expertise in at least two or more of the following Fusion HCM modules/tools :

1. Fast Formulas - Develop, test, and maintain formulas for payroll, validations, and other HCM processes.

2. HCM Extracts - Design and manage HCM extracts for reporting and data migration.

3. Integrations (OCI) - Build, configure, and support integrations with third-party systems using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

4. BIP (BI Publisher) - Create and manage reports and templates to meet business reporting requirements.

5. HDL (HCM Data Loader) - Load and update large volumes of HCM data efficiently.

6. OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Develop analytical reports and dashboards for business insights.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Assist in data migration, configuration, and testing activities during project lifecycle.

- Support post-implementation activities including troubleshooting, enhancements, and system optimizations.

- Ensure adherence to Oracle HCM Cloud best practices, coding standards, and implementation guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM).

- Hands-on experience with end-to-end HCM implementation projects (minimum 2-3).

- Strong knowledge and practical experience with at least two or more technical tools/modules listed above.

- Experience in Oracle Talent Management Cloud is a plus.

- Familiarity with integration tools, data migration techniques, and reporting solutions within Fusion HCM.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments.
