Qualification Required :
- 5+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM (Cloud and/or EBS)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for modules such as Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management and Payroll
- In-depth knowledge on the various configuration/setup aspects required for meeting customer-specific needs
- Familiarity with workflows, roles, and approvals in HCM
- Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas.
- Lead and conduct various workshops with customer Requirements Gathering, CRP, UAT
- Manage and mentor junior Functional Consultants / Analysts
- Understanding of Testing / QA Lifecycle and Test case design (positive, negative, regression, smoke)
- Managing test execution in non-prod (TEST/STAGE) environments.
Nice to Have :
- Familiarity with OpKey Web, OpKey Surge, or OpKey Agent.
- Experience with OpKey Smart Recorder for capturing user actions.
- Use of test sets and execution suites in OpKey.
- Ability to create test cases using OpKey keywords (reusable components).
- Knowledge of OpKeys scriptless automation approach (drag-drop interface).
- Data-driven testing with Test Data Management in OpKey.
- Optionally, understanding of JavaScript or Groovy for custom logic if required.
