Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter PLM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Teamcenter customization, configuration, development, and PLM implementations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture and experience developing and integrating enterprise PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and configure Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Teamcenter customizations using ITK, RAC, and SOA.

- Configure and develop PLM workflows, business rules, and processes.

- Design and implement integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise applications.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Teamcenter solutions.

- Develop, debug, test, and deploy Teamcenter customizations and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Participate in PLM implementation, enhancement, migration, and support activities.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

- Follow enterprise development standards, coding practices, and release processes.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM development.

- Strong experience in Teamcenter customization and configuration.

- Hands-on experience with ITK, RAC, and SOA.

- Strong understanding of Teamcenter workflows and PLM processes.

- Experience developing PLM integrations with enterprise systems.

- Strong programming and debugging skills.

- Experience working on enterprise PLM implementations.

- Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture and development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, or version upgrades.

- Knowledge of Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC).

- Experience with Teamcenter data models and BMIDE.

- Knowledge of PLM/ERP integrations.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aerospace, or other product-development domains.
