Role Description :

Experience Level : 1+ Year

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Full Stack Engineer with 1 year of hands-on experience in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust web applications, contributing across the entire software development lifecycle. A decent understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the broader AI landscape is a significant plus, as we are keen to explore and integrate AI-driven solutions into our products.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end (React.js) and back-end (Node.js/Express.js) components.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

- Manage and optimize MongoDB databases.

- Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies, MERN stack advancements, and developments in the AI/ML space.

- Contribute to discussions and potentially assist in the integration of AI/ML features, particularly those involving LLMs, into our applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 1 year of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, specifically with the MERN stack.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

- Solid experience with React.js for building dynamic and interactive user interfaces.

- Proven experience with Node.js and Express.js for back-end development.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database management.

- Familiarity with RESTful API design and consumption.

- Experience with version control systems (Git is a must).

- Understanding of responsive design principles.

- Ability to write unit and integration tests.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Nice-to-Haves) :

- A decent understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), their applications, and the general AI landscape.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
