Functional Test Engineer (Wealth Management)

We are looking for a skilled Functional Test Engineer with experience in Wealth Management domain testing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of functional and system testing along with experience in UAT support and test documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Perform functional and system testing for Wealth Management applications.

- Prepare and maintain test artifacts such as test cases, test scenarios, RTM, and defect reports.

- Execute test cases and validate application functionality against business requirements.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate with business users.

- Identify, log, track, and retest defects.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for requirement understanding.

- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of testing activities.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and testing discussions.

Required Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing.

- Experience in Wealth Management or Banking/Financial domain.

- Strong understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle.

- Good analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Jira or any defect tracking tool.

- Knowledge of SQL/database testing is an added advantage.

- Exposure to Agile methodology preferred.
