Position Overview :

- We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR /Absence / Payroll / Compensation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM).

- Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, design solutions, and implement.

- Should be able to manage a team of functional resources.

- Should be an expert in at least two modules in Oracle HCM Cloud with Core HR as one mandate module.

Key Role and Responsibility :

- Should have a total of at least 15+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 7+ years in Oracle Core HCM implementation and support.

- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Core HR modules.

- Configure and customize the Oracle Core HR module to meet client-specific needs, including organization structure setup, position management, employee data management, and other HR processes.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Core HCM modules, including resolving configuration errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries.

- Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM releases, patches, and updates, and assess their applicability to clients' needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of projects.
