The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering functional solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, leading requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end ERP implementation for key business processes in the fashion/apparel domain.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail modules.

- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis.

- Configure, test, and deploy modules related to Retail, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Sales.

- Translate business needs into functional design documents (FRD) and user stories.

- Manage UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live support.

- Drive process improvements specific to the apparel manufacturing lifecycle - including Bill of Materials (BOM), Costing, Order to Cash, and Procurement to Pay.

- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams for successful ERP adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the Apparel / Garment Manufacturing industry (mandatory).

- Hands-on expertise in modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution.

- Strong understanding of ERP business processes in fashion or textile manufacturing.

- Experience in FRD preparation, UAT, data migration, and user training.

- Proficiency in tools like DevOps, Jira, Power BI is a plus.

- Excellent communication, client-facing, and project coordination skills.

- Microsoft certification (e.g., MB-310) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with in-house ERP used in apparel industry (e.g., TRENDS, GERP) is a plus.

- Familiarity with integration of ERP with eCommerce or PLM systems.
