Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP FICO (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) and strong working knowledge of SAP MM and SAP SD modules. The role requires solid hands-on skills in SQL coding, data modeling, and data migration to support complex business processes and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycles, with the ability to bridge functional and technical aspects for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP FICO Expertise: Configure, customize, and support SAP FICO modules (AP, AR, GL), ensuring compliance with accounting principles and business needs.

- Cross-Module Integration: Work on end-to-end process flows integrating FICO with MM (Procurement, Inventory) and SD (Sales, Billing).

- Business Process Mapping: Analyze, document, and optimize financial and operational processes within P2P and O2C cycles.

- Data Migration & Modeling: Lead and execute data migration activities, including ETL processes, data mapping, transformation, and validation; design logical and physical data models for financial and transactional data.

- SQL Development: Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data extraction, reconciliation, and troubleshooting purposes.

- Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and rollouts.

- Documentation & Support: Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and SOPs; provide L2/L3 support for SAP incidents and service requests.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 510 years of hands-on experience in SAP Functional Consulting.

- Strong configuration experience in SAP FICO (AP, AR, GL) with integration to MM and SD modules.

- In-depth process knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

- Proficiency in SQL coding, data analysis, and performance optimization.

- Experience with data migration tools and data modeling techniques.

- Understanding of financial reporting requirements and statutory compliance.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
