We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Functional Consultant to support end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP CS modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of after-sales service processes and integration with modules such as PP, SD, MM, and PM.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP CS solutions aligned with best practices in SAP S/4 HANA.

- Configure SAP CS modules, including service orders, contracts, notifications, and warranties.

- Collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders for system integration.

- Conduct system testing, training, and provide go-live and post-go-live support.

- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve CS processes.

Requirements :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS implementations in S/4 HANA and support.

- Strong knowledge of service management, repairs, and installed base management.

- Experience integrating SAP CS with SD, PP, MM, and PM modules.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- SAP certification in CS or related modules is a plus.
