Key Responsibilities :

- Work as a SAP B1 Functional Consultant to deliver successful implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and business process mapping with clients.

- Manage and execute end-to-end implementations (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations required).

- Provide support in modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales.

- Assist technical teams during development with functional specifications and testing.

- Conduct end-user training, license planning, and user role definition.

- Handle client communications, deliver demos, and maintain ongoing stakeholder engagement.

- Use SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for reporting and issue analysis.

- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support post-implementation phases.

- Apply SAP Implementation Methodology best practices to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in SAP Business One as a Functional or Implementation Consultant.

- Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end SAP B1 implementations.

- Strong understanding of SAP B1 core modules - Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement.

- Familiarity with SQL scripting, stored procedures, and database views.

- Strong communication and client handling skills.

- Experience with end-user training and documentation.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.

Nice to Have :

- SAP B1 Certification

- Exposure to add-on development lifecycle

- Experience working with manufacturing or trading clients
