Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Experience Required : 5+ Years

Location : Bangalore

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong domain knowledge and expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM modules. The ideal candidate should have experience across multiple phases of Oracle SCM Cloud or EBS implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements in the supply chain domain.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.

- Configure Oracle SCM modules (Cloud or EBS) based on business requirements.

- Lead or support end-to-end implementation and rollouts of Oracle SCM modules.

- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, data migration, and integrations.

- Prepare and execute test scripts, support UAT, and resolve any functional issues.

- Provide post-go-live support and training to business users.

- Prepare documentation including BRD, MD50, solution design, test cases, and user manuals.

- Work in coordination with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing).

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and compliance.

Modules Expertise (at least 3-4 required) :

- Oracle Purchasing (PO)

- Oracle Inventory (INV)

- Oracle Order Management (OM)

- Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)

- Oracle iProcurement

- Oracle Shipping Execution

- Oracle Cost Management

- Oracle WMS / MSCA

- Oracle Manufacturing (Discrete or Process)

- Oracle Fusion SCM (Cloud) - a strong plus

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM modules is a plus.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management best practices.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in working with offshore/onsite delivery models.

- Ability to lead client workshops and status meetings.

- Exposure to tools like AIM, OUM, or Agile methodology.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or PaaS extensions.

- Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher or OTBI Reports.

- Worked in industries like manufacturing, retail, pharma, logistics, etc.
