- Provide functional expertise in the areas of General Ledger (GL), Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, define functional specifications, and provide solutions to business needs.

- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Conduct detailed system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, ensuring all business requirements are met.

- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the new system and processes.

- Assist with data migration and integration tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, working with technical teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

- Engage with key stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.

- At least 3 end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Record to Report processes, including General Ledger (GL), Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams
