We are seeking a skilled Unifier Functional Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in business process configuration, requirement gathering, solution design, and client engagement within the capital project or asset-intensive industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirement Analysis : Work with clients to gather, understand, and document business requirements and processes.

- Functional Design : Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure business processes in Oracle Unifier.

- Solution Implementation : Design and configure Unifier modules such as Cost Management, Schedule Management, Document Manager, Workflow Manager, etc.

- Client Engagement : Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with business needs and user expectations.

- Training & Support : Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.

- Documentation : Create detailed documentation including process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier as a Functional Consultant.

- Proficiency in configuring and administering Unifier modules.

- Experience with Business Process (BP) design and development.

- Familiarity with construction or capital project management best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Knowledge of integration with P6, ERP systems (like Oracle EBS, SAP), or BI tools is a plus.
